Freddy Garcia is the Assistant Cross Country coach at Castleberry High School.

Coach Garcia is a Spanish II teacher at CHS. He has been a volunteer coach and board member of the Lions Youth Sports Association (LYSA) and has worked in the district for the past ten years. Coach Garcia is a Castleberry Alumni in the class of ’95.

Coach Garcia is very close with his family and has assisted in the athletic development of both his niece and nephew, Priscilla and Andrew. Coach Garcia is a sports enthusiast, and his favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys, TCU, UTA, Dallas Mavericks, and the Texas Rangers. In his free time, Coach Garcia enjoys working on cars.

As a coach, he wants to help take athletes to the next level by growing youth programs. Coach Garcia is excited to be at Castleberry and is motivated by his students daily.
